The Event Professional

The event professional gets along with us really well, mostly be cause we're one of them. We work with events personnel of all kinds, from food caterers to event organisers and marketing agencies. Our main goal, just like them, is for the event to come off without a hitch and for everyone involved on the day to look like they've done it a thousand times before. What a great week our client had during their week long conference, and it had everything to do with having Coffee On Cue onboard! The guys were so, so impressed by not only the coffee, but by Joey himself! He remembered everyone’s orders and names which made a great impression. Joey was always on time (always there before me) and became a favourite of the delegates as the week went on. I think they might have even wanted to employ him in their offices!

Being caterers we always think we can do the job ourselves but, as in past experiences, we spend more time on servicing clients with aspects of the job we are not 100% confident on. Enter Coffee On Cue! Ryan and his team took the pressure away from us having to think about making fabulous coffees en masse. It is something that we could have done, but with Ryan’s skill, knowledge, professionalism and workmanship, it was just so easy for him to do his job well. His coffees were so impressive, well received and made in such a timely manner that when there was a large crowd it seemed effortless for him. Absolutely fabulous.

Ryan and his team act with such ease and his equipment is stored in such an inconspicuous manner, it almost pops out before your eyes and a whole coffee station with barista appears! The operation was seamless and a pleasure to watch in both set-up and operation.

We would absolutely recommend Ryan and Coffee On Cue. With their select team of baristas, why would you try to navigate yourself and do it by half-measures. Ryan is the full package and was wonderful to deal with and work alongside.

From the get-go you were responsive, accommodating and so damn nice to deal with. 20 years of working in the corporate and event space I recognise when people do their business so well. It's so nice that your service came with excellent quality and totally delicious coffee (Melbourne is fussy - amongst the best I've tasted) but even nicer it came with super nice people.
