Standard Refund Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when requesting a refund for service from Coffee On Cue: 

  • There must be an attempt at contact made on either our landline (03) 9038 9171 or to Ryan Spaccavento 0400 000 191 during the event
  • Refunds for cancellation will only be accepted with written or confirmed verbal warning no less than 24 hours prior to the event
  • The Money Back Form must be completed on the same day
  • Only the person who booked the event is eligible to submit the form and receive a refund
  • Refund will be processed via EFT, and will be received by no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the event date
  • Where possible, an alternate event date will be offered

Once we receive your request (in the event that contact can not be made during the event), a member of our staff will be in touch to discuss how our delivery of the product or our conduct on the day was unsatisfactory. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

Exchange for later service

Above all else, Coffee On Cue wants to make your event work. If we haven't delivered on one of our promises, we want to make it up to you with an event at a future date.
