Introducing The Elevate Blend

After serving hundreds of thousands of cups roasted by others we wanted to create a coffee blend that was both amazing served black, but had the versatility to pair deliciously well with milk too.

The brief was to develop a blend that featured the following characteristics; body, brightness and fruity berry notes. We set to finding a combination of beans that delivered on this brief and went through the process of cupping, roast profiling, tasting and tweaking until we were satisfied with the outcome. From this the Elevate Blend was born.

Process: Washed and sundried
Altitude: 1800 masl
Tasting: Full bodied with a winey acidity, pear sweetness, cocoa and hazelnut
 

Component #2 - Rwanda 25%

Region: Rwanda Nziza Collective
Process: Bourbon
Altitude: 1800 masl
Tasting: White choc, raisin, cherry brown sugar
