# The coffee cart that makes you look good.

> Cart, machine, beans, baristas, logistics and insurance, all handled. We set up within the hour and leave without a trace, so the only thing anyone remembers is the coffee.

## What is coffee cart hire?

Coffee cart hire is a fully managed mobile café brought to your event in Melbourne or Sydney: a professional barista, a La Marzocco machine, specialty coffee and a full menu, set up and ready to serve your guests. Every package is all-inclusive, from $999 ex GST, with a one-hour minimum.

It is all-inclusive: the cart, the equipment, the beans, the milks, the crew, the logistics, the insurance. You choose the event; we bring the café to it, from corporate functions and conferences to brand activations and trade shows.

We have poured at more than 15,000 events across Melbourne and Sydney since 2013, so the coffee is one thing you can take off your list.

## One cart, everything on it.

Every hire is a complete café, not a machine and a to-do list. Here is what rolls in the door.

- **The cart and the machine.** A La Marzocco Twin GS3 or Linea Classic paired with a Mazzer Kony grinder, on a 1.8 by 1.5 metre cart that fits through a standard doorway and runs off standard power.
- **The coffee and the crew.** Our signature Elevate blend, dairy and alternative milks, and professional baristas who pour between 80 and 160 coffees an hour without the queue ever feeling like one.
- **Made yours.** A full cart wrap, a branded front panel or branded cups, so the cart in the room carries your brand and not ours.
- **Beyond the coffee.** Iced coffee at no extra cost, plus fresh juices, pastries, sandwich platters and seasonal fruit, for when you want the whole break handled.

## How do you book a coffee cart?

1. **Enquire.** Tell us the date, the headcount and the vibe. We'll come back with options.
2. **Get your quote.** One all-inclusive price covering the cart, the crew and everything in between.
3. **Confirm the details.** Lock in the date, the location and the menu. We handle the rest.
4. **Cart shows up.** We set up before your guests arrive and pack down without anyone noticing.

## The extras that make the day.

The cart and the coffee are the start. These are the pieces that turn a coffee station into the whole break, handled.

- **Catering and food.** Pastries, sandwich platters and seasonal fruit, so the whole break is handled, not just the coffee.
- **Cold drinks.** Add fresh juices, sparkling water or still water alongside the coffee, for a warm room, a summer launch or a long afternoon.
- **Built around your day.** Extra baristas, extended hours or a second cart for the big ones. We scale the service to the room.
- **A lower-waste service.** Compostable and even edible Good Edi cup options, for an event that leaves no trace in more ways than one.

## What your guests can actually order.

A proper cafe menu, poured to order and shaped to your crowd. One specialty drink rotates through the year, from a biscoff latte to a strawberry matcha.

- **Espresso menu.** The full espresso range, poured to order by your barista. The everyday cup your guests already know, made properly. Options: Espresso, Flat white, Latte, Cappuccino, Long black, Piccolo, Macchiato, Mocha, Magic, Decaf, Iced coffee.
- **Tea.** Loose-leaf T2 tea, brewed properly for the part of the room that runs on more than coffee. Options: English Breakfast, Earl Grey, Peppermint, Sencha Green.
- **Matcha and chai.** Ceremonial-grade matcha and spiced chai, whisked fresh. The most-asked-for alternatives to coffee, and real ones.
- **Hot chocolate.** Made with real drinking chocolate, not a powder. The cup that brings the whole room to the bar, coffee drinkers or not.
- **Milk choices.** Every drink on the menu works with the milk your guests prefer, kept stocked as standard and never treated as an add-on. Options: Oat, Almond, Soy, Full cream, Light.

## The events we love to be part of.

- **Corporate events.** Team days and client functions, catered with no fuss and a cart people actually gather around.
- **Conferences.** Attendees kept energised and in the room, with barista coffee served fast between sessions.
- **Brand activations.** A custom cart that draws a crowd and puts your brand at the centre of the experience.
- **Trade shows.** An eye-catching coffee station that pulls foot traffic to your stand and starts real conversations.

## Frequently asked questions

### What's included in your coffee cart hire?

Everything. A stylish mobile cart, professional baristas, La Marzocco machines and grinders, specialty coffee, dairy and alternative milks, cups and all consumables, on-site logistics and labour, delivery and pick-up, and full insurance including public liability and food safety certification.

### Do you have public liability insurance and food safety certification?

Yes. We carry $20 million public liability insurance, Food Safety Supervisor certification, safe food handling practices, and workers compensation insurance. Certificates are available on request for your venue.

### How many coffees can your baristas make?

One barista serves up to 80 coffees an hour. With a second barista we double that to 160 an hour, which keeps the queue moving even at a busy conference or activation.

### What can change the price of a coffee cart?

Weekend events add 15% to the weekday rate and public holidays 30%. Travel beyond 20km from our base is $3 a km. An extra barista hour is $100 on a weekday, $115 on a weekend and $130 on a public holiday. A second barista is $400 for a half day or $800 for a full weekday. All ex GST.

### Can you serve inside MCEC or ICC Sydney?

Yes. We operate inside the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre and ICC Sydney as an external caterer. Both venues apply a loss-of-revenue charge to external catering, and we offer a partial rebate to help offset it, confirmed when we quote your event.

### What regions do you service?

From our Melbourne base we cover the CBD and inner suburbs, reaching out to Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, the Yarra Valley and the Mornington Peninsula. From Sydney we cover the CBD and inner suburbs, reaching out to the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Wollongong, Parramatta, Penrith and the Blue Mountains. We travel to regional Victoria and New South Wales as well.

### What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 30 days of the event incur a 50% fee, and within 7 days a 100% fee. Custom branded collateral is non-refundable. If we cannot deliver, or arrive more than an hour late, we refund your invoice in full.

### How far in advance should I book?

Two to four weeks is the comfortable window to secure your date, especially in the September to November event season. We do take shorter-notice bookings when we have a crew free.

### How long does setup and pack-down take?

The cart is running within an hour of arrival and packed down within 45 minutes after service. Our road-cases fit through any standard doorway or lift. On-site logistics and labour are included, with no hidden fees.

### Can you cater to dietary requirements?

Yes. We stock full-cream and light dairy, and almond, oat and soy milk, all included in the package, along with decaf. A gluten-free slice pack is available as an add-on.

### Do you need access to power and water?

We are self-sufficient and carry our own water. Standard power is two 10-amp domestic sockets for the regular cart; the larger cart uses a 20-amp outlet. Access to a water source on site is helpful for refilling but not required.

### What details do you need to quote accurately?

The event location, whether power and fresh water are available, on-site parking, expected guest numbers, and the name and mobile of your on-site contact. The quick-quote form collects these so your quote is accurate the first time.
