Thom is our Head Driver in Victoria — a homegrown Melburnian with a deep passion for all things food, music, and the arts. With a killer vinyl and guitar collection and an appreciation for creativity in all its forms, Thom brings an attentive, deliberate energy to everything he does.
His approach to work is no different. Diligent, curious, and relentlessly committed to growth, Thom is a shining example of what’s possible when you lean into learning.
In just over a year, he’s gone from novice to knowledgeable, turning his passion into a profession and quickly becoming a key member of our operations team.

Thom's Journey
Thom joined Coffee On Cue in May 2024 with no prior coffee experience — a rare starting point in a business built on barista know-how. But what he lacked in technical knowledge, he made up for in drive.
Starting as a driver, Thom immersed himself in the craft, spending months learning the ins and outs of coffee, the service flow, and what it takes to deliver consistently excellent experiences.
That hunger for growth saw him evolve from driver to driver barista, and then into his current role as Head Driver VIC — an internal promotion that reflects his hard work and progression.
Today, Thom not only leads by example on the road but also champions the same culture of curiosity and commitment that helped fuel his own rise. He’s proof that with the right attitude and effort, anything’s possible.
