What's included in your coffee cart hire?

Our coffee cart service is all-inclusive, and comes equipped with everything you need including:

  • Stylish mobile coffee cart/s
  • Professional, friendly barista/s
  • All product including specialty coffee beans, dairy & alt milk, cups, lids and all consumables
  • La Marzocco coffee machine/s, grinder and brewing equipment
  • All on-site logistics and labour
  • Delivery and pick-up
  • All insurances including Public Liability and food safety certifications

What details do I need to provide?

The details we'll need to ensure event success typically include:

  • the event location
  • availability of a power source
  • access to fresh water
  • availability of parking on-site
  • the name and mobile number of the on-site contact person

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 30 days of your event incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 100% fee. Custom branded collateral is non-refundable. If we can't deliver or arrive more than 1 hour late, we'll refund your invoice in full.

Are you allowed to work inside of the MCEC?

Yes, we are able to operate within the MCEC (Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre) as an external caterer.

Are there any travel fees for locations outside the Melbourne CBD?

We pride ourselves on being able to cater to the regions, not just the CBD.

For locations that are beyond 20km from our Yarraville HQ, we charge a travel fee per kilometre.

How big is the coffee cart?

Our coffee cart is designed to fit through standard doors and lifts, measuring approximately 0.7m x 0.9m x 1.1m (L x W x H) whilst in transit.

Once setup, the cart's footprint is only 1.8m x 1.4m (W x D), providing ample space for our baristas to operate while remaining compact enough to fit into a variety of event spaces.

Our coffee carts weigh approximately 150kg.

Do you need access to power?

We require access to standard 10A domestic power sockets on-site to power our regular coffee carts.

Do you need access to water?

We're fully self-sufficient and provide our own water supply for each event.

However, having access to a water source on-site can be beneficial for filling our tanks and washing dishes after the service.

How long does it take to set-up and pack down?

We can have our coffee cart up and running within an hour of arriving on-site.

After service, we can efficiently pack down and leave the site within 45 minutes.
