What's included in your coffee cart hire service?

Our service is all-inclusive. We provide everything required for delicious coffee at your event, including coffee cart, beans, milk, sugar, stirrers, cups, lids, accessories, delivery, setup, pack-down, and a highly trained barista.

What cities and regions do you cover?

We currently operate in Sydney and Melbourne, and cover regional areas such as Newcastle, Wollongong, Penrith, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Healesville and the Mornington Peninsula.

What branding options do you offer?

Our branding options include custom branded coffee cart panels and branded single-use cups. If you prefer a themed look, we also offer options such as mixed timber and subway tile themes that are particularly eye-catching in retail environments. All custom-branded panels can be reused for future events, along with any leftover branded cups.

What food options do you offer?

We offer a selection of sweet pastries and gluten-free slices, as well as a range of savoury food platters including seasonal fruit platters, maple bacon and egg sliders, and assorted platters of sandwiches, wraps and rice paper rolls.

What non-coffee beverages do you have?

We offer a range of non-coffee beverages including hot chocolate, chai latte, matcha latte, and a variety of T2 teas such as english breakfast, earl grey, sencha green, and peppermint. We also provide an extensive range of cold drink options including iced coffee, mixed fruit juices, as well as bottled still and sparkling water.

What milk options do you have?

We provide a variety of milk options including full cream, light, soy, almond & oat milk.

How long does branding take to produce?

We allocate a generous 4-week production time for our coffee cart panels and branded cups, from the moment we receive your artwork to when it's delivered to one of our HQs.

What details do I need to provide?

The details we typically need to gather prior to your event include the delivery location, availability of a power source, access to fresh water, parking, and the name of the on-site contact person.

Do you have a fixed cost option?

We offer an unlimited serves packages, meaning the price is fixed, and our service is inclusive of unlimited serves during the selected time period. We'll serve as much coffee as your guests can drink.

Do you offer decaf coffee?

Yes, we have a decaf option available as an add-on to your service package.

Do you need access to power?

We require access to standard 10A domestic power sockets on-site to power our regular coffee carts.

Do you need access to water?

We don't require direct access to a water source on-site, however having access to a sink can be beneficial for filling up our tanks and cleaning dishes at the end of service.

How big is the coffee cart?

The cart fits through any standard door or lift, measures approximately 0.7m x 0.9m x 1.1m (L x W x H) whilst in transit and weighs approximately 150kg. Once setup, the cart's footprint is only 1.8m x 1.4m (W x D), including ample space for our baristas to operate the cart.

What will the barista wear?

Our baristas come dressed in full hospitality blacks and are fitted with our black Coffee on Cue apron for a professional look.
