If you require something more bespoke, we are more than happy to collaborate with you to create a customised package that meets your specific requirements.

How far in advance should I book my coffee cart?

We typically recommend at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure our availability.

What happens if my event runs over the scheduled time?

We understand events don't always run to schedule, so we offer flexible options that can be decided on the day.

Typically, we'll extend service until you need to and invoice for the additional time post-event.

What beverage menu options do you have?

We provide a full cafe-beverage menu featuring our own specialty coffee, including the following drink options:

How big is the coffee cart?

Our coffee cart is designed to fit through standard doors and lifts, measuring approximately 0.7m x 0.9m x 1.1m (L x W x H) whilst in transit. It weighs approximately 150kg.

Once setup, the cart's footprint is only 1.8m x 1.4m (W x D), providing ample space for our baristas to operate while remaining compact enough to fit into a variety of event spaces.

Do you need access to power?

We require access to standard 10A domestic power sockets on-site to power our regular coffee carts.

Do you need access to water?

We're fully self-sufficient and provide our own water supply for each event.

However, having access to a water source on-site can be beneficial for filling our tanks and washing dishes after the service.

How long does it take to set-up and pack down?

We can have our coffee cart up and running within an hour of arriving on-site.

After service, we can efficiently pack down and leave the site within 45 minutes.

It's important to note that our pricing is all-inclusive, with no hidden fees for on-site logistics or labour.
