Michael Gonano

Michael has spent more than two decades in coffee, from small independents to large enterprise and franchise networks. He has worn every hat there is: barista, manager, trainer, technician, which gives him a rare operational depth across everything we deliver in New South Wales.

What drew him to Coffee on Cue was the culture as much as the coffee. The family-first values resonated straight away, and he found a place where his skills could be put to real use alongside people who care about doing things right.

When he is not keeping NSW running, you will find him behind a drum kit, experimenting in the kitchen, or with his wife and their fur child.
