What's included in your coffee cart hire?+
The service is all-inclusive: a stylish mobile cart, professional barista, all product (specialty beans, dairy and alt milk, cups and consumables), La Marzocco machine and grinder, all on-site logistics and labour, delivery and pick-up, plus public liability and food-safety certifications.
What details do I need to provide?+
The event location, availability of a power source, access to fresh water, on-site parking, and the name and mobile number of the on-site contact person.
Do you have public liability insurance and food-safety certifications?+
Yes. We maintain $20 million public liability insurance plus Food Safety Supervisor certification, safe food handling practices, and workers compensation insurance.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations within 30 days of your event incur a 50% fee, and within 7 days a 100% fee. Custom branded collateral is non-refundable. If we can't deliver or arrive more than one hour late, we refund your invoice in full.
What regions do you service?+
Around Melbourne: Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, CBD and inner suburbs. Around Sydney: Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Wollongong, Parramatta, Penrith, Blue Mountains, CBD and inner suburbs. We also service regional Victoria and New South Wales.
What's your minimum charge out?+
Our base package and minimum charge out, whether weekday, weekend or public holiday, starts at 2 hours. For something more bespoke, we are happy to build a customised package.
How far in advance should I book?+
We typically recommend at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
What if my event runs over time?+
Events don't always run to schedule, so we offer flexible options decided on the day. Typically we extend service as needed and invoice for the additional time post-event.
Do you need access to water?+
We're fully self-sufficient and provide our own water supply. Access to a water source on-site is helpful for filling tanks and washing up after service.
How long does set-up and pack-down take?+
We're up and running within an hour of arriving, and pack down within 45 minutes. Pricing is all-inclusive, with no hidden fees for on-site logistics or labour.
How many coffees can your baristas make?+
Our proven workflow lets one barista serve up to 80 coffees per hour. With a second barista we double output to 160 coffees per hour.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?+
Absolutely. We stock full cream and light dairy, almond, oat and soy milk, with a gluten-free slice pack and decaf available as add-ons. All alternative milks are included in package pricing.
