Terms & Conditions
- One entry per person (multiple form submission will be considered one entry)
- Prize must be claimed within 12 months of winning
- Prize can only be claimed for workplaces in Victoria or New South Wales
- Prize includes free service Monday to Friday within a single week (and can not be split across multiple weeks)
- Standard 10A domestic power must be provided to operate the coffee cart
- A 2m x 2m space must be provided for the coffee cart

How will I know if I've won?
Once drawn, the lucky winner will be contacted by phone and email, and provided with next steps on how to redeem their prize.
How many times can I enter the competition?
You can only enter the competition once. Multiple form entries will be considered one entry.
How long do I have to claim my free in-house barista prize?
You will have 12 months to claim your prize upon winning the competition.
Do you need access to power?
Yes, we need access to standard 10A domestic sockets to power our coffee equipment.
Do I need to provide anything?
All we need is access to standard power and a space 2m x 2m to set-up. We are entirely self sufficient so you can sit back and enjoy free coffee on tap in your workplace.
How many coffee serves are included in the prize?
Unlimited! Yep, that's right, we'll serve as much coffee as your team will drink within the 2-hour service window each day.
How many baristas will be provided?
Our prize comes with one professional barista operating one of our stylish coffee carts. If you're got a large staff cohort and would like to add a second barista for quicker service, we can add that on at an additional cost.
What beverages will be included in the menu?
Our standard hot beverage menu will apply, including:
Milk Based Coffee
Flat white, cappuccino, latte, piccolo latte, macchiato, mocha, magic
Black Coffee
Espresso, long black
Other Milk-Based Beverages
Hot chocolate, chai latte, matcha latte
T2 Tea
English breakfast, earl grey, peppermint, sencha green tea

Full cream, light, soy, almond, oat
What if I want to extend the service or add a second barista?
We can certainly add a second barista or extend the service times for each day. Fees for these additional services will apply.
What if I want to add branding or catering?
We can certainly add branded items or catering to your free in-house barista service. Fees for these additional items will apply.
Can I split the days of the prize across multiple weeks?
Unfortunately the prize includes free service from Monday to Friday in a single week, and can not be split or distributed across multiple weeks.
How much lead time do you need to book in my free service?
We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice, and our availability is subject to our schedule.
What happens if I need to change the dates?
You may change the dates for your service up to 4 weeks out without incurring a fee. Any re-scheduling less than 4 weeks out will incur a fee.
What if my workplace is outside of the CBD in a regional location?
We can still service your workplace even if your location is outside of the CBD. There may be a logistics/travel fee applied to cover this however.
