How It Works
Requirements
The following must be provided to our team on the day of your event:
- Clear rolling access from the loading area to the coffee cart location (no steps or stairs)
- Power on-site for our coffee cart (min. 2x 10A sockets, no generators)
- Cover provided if set up outdoors
Failure to provide these may result in the cancellation of your booking with no refund.
FAQ's
What happens once I complete the form and have made payment?
Our team will cross-check our availability for the date/s you've selected, and will confirm our availability via email or a phone call.
What happens if you don't have availability to take on my booking?
If in the unfortunate event we are unavailable to accomodate your booking, your payment will be refunded in full.
Is the price including or excluding GST?
All pricing is inclusive of GST.
Is the price quoted your weekday rate?
The price quoted on the final page is our weekday rate.
If your booking lands on a weekend or public holiday, you will be required to pay the relevant surcharge within 48 hours of completing your booking.
What is the surcharge for weekends and public holidays?
There is a 15% surcharge on weekends and a 25% surcharge on public holidays.
Will you be able to travel to my event if it's outside of the CBD and in the regions?
Pending our availability, we are able to travel outside of the CBD to cater your event.
Please note that there is a logistics fee of $2.5/km for any location greater than 20km from our HQ address.
What happens if I indicate that I have parking available, but on the day it turns out I don't?
If you've indicated you'll be providing parking for our team on the day of your event, but for any reason this isn't available to us, any parking costs incurred by our team will be payable and invoiced post-event.
What if I want to add branding or theming to my booking?
We can organise branding and theming elements for your booking (turn-around-time permitting) and the associated cost must be paid for in full within 48 hours of your confirmed request.
If I have a booking for a few days time, can you do it?
We will endeavour to fulfil all bookings, even those at short notice.
However, it will come down to the availability of staff and resources as to whether we can fulfil last-minute bookings.
What if I need to postpone or cancel my booking?
We are happy to reschedule or cancel your booking - any refunds will be in line with our event terms and conditions.
What happens if I don't have clear rolling access to get your coffee cart to the set up location?
If there isn't clear rolling access for our team to transport our coffee cart to the set up location, your event booking will be cancelled with no refund.
What happens if I don't have power available on-site for your coffee cart?
If there is no suitable power source for our coffee cart on-site, your event booking will be cancelled with no refund.
What if I want to have the coffee cart set up outdoors - are you able to bring a marquee with you?
Yes, we have marquees available for hire. If you wish to add this to your booking, simply let our team know and they will be able to organise this along with the payable amount due within 48 hours of your confirmed request.
What happens if I want to have the coffee cart outdoors, but I don't have any cover for the coffee cart?
If there isn't cover provided for an outdoor set up location, we will need to determine the best indoor/under cover location to set up our coffee cart.
