Having started his journey with us behind the machine, first as a casual barista, then as a driver-barista across our Victorian events team, Ash understands our service from the inside out. He knows what exceptional delivery looks like, because he's lived it.
With a background spanning the music and events industry, marketing, and sales across multiple cities and continents, Ash connects with clients through a lens of real experience, not just a pitch deck.
His ability to translate what we do on the floor into what matters to a client is what makes him exceptional in this role.

Ash's Journey
Ash's path to Event Sales Executive is one of the best stories we have at Coffee On Cue, because it started not in an office, but at a coffee cart.
Originally from Hong Kong and having lived across Los Angeles, Brighton, London, and now Melbourne, Ash arrived at Coffee On Cue with a rich background in the music and events industry, along with prior exposure to mobile coffee services, marketing, and sales.
He joined us casually as a barista and driver-barista, quickly becoming a trusted part of our Victorian events team. That hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of how our service is delivered, what clients care about, and where we truly add value.
When the opportunity arose to step into a sales role, the fit was obvious. Ash is a prime example of what Coffee On Cue looks for in its people, someone hungry for growth, ready for more responsibility, and willing to back themselves. His journey from the cart to the close is exactly the kind of career pathway we love to build.
