Nicolas Mendez
BDM WORKPLACE
Nicolas is a workplace strategist with over a decade of experience in Integrated Facilities Management and Customer Experience, and a firm belief that great offices run on more than just process.
He brings a disciplined yet deeply human approach to Coffee On Cue, one shaped by years working alongside global leaders like JLL, where he learned that the best workplaces aren't just operationally sound, they're felt.
For Nicolas, coffee isn't just a perk. It's a vehicle for connection, a signal of culture, and one of the most powerful tools a company has for keeping people grounded, energised, and invested in where they work.
At his core, he believes great operations should feel invisible, allowing the culture, and the coffee, to take centre stage.

Good Measure, Carlton
I’m hooked on their Mont Blanc. Sweetened cold brew topped with thick cold-whipped cream, nutmeg, and orange zest—it’s a weekend ritual I rarely miss.
"Coffee is more than a drink; it’s a quiet ritual that helps me recentre and set the tone. Whether it’s a personal pause or a reason to connect with others, it provides the warmth and balance that grounds my day."
Nicolas's Journey
Nicolas joined Coffee On Cue as our Business Development Manager for Workplace Services, bringing a rare combination of operational rigour and genuine passion for the people behind the brief.
His career spans hospitality, compliance, facilities management, and customer experience, giving him a nuanced understanding of what modern workplaces actually need to thrive.
Having spent years navigating complex, high-stakes environments for some of the world's most recognised organisations, he knows how to bridge the gap between physical space and real employee engagement.
When he's not uncovering new opportunities for workplace excellence, Nicolas is a devoted father and outdoor enthusiast with an ever-growing list of hobbies, preferably ones that move fast.
