For Ryan, coffee isn’t just a beverage—it’s a vehicle for connection, culture, and community.
As CEO of Coffee On Cue, Ryan blends systems thinking, people-first leadership, and an obsession with quality to steer a business that’s as focused on experience as it is on espresso.
A natural mentor and thought leader, Ryan also sits on the board of EO Melbourne and leads the Accelerator program, where he supports other founders in scaling their businesses.
He believes in creating safe, vibrant workplaces where people can thrive—and is most fulfilled when he’s building teams, solving complex problems, and making a positive impact.

Ryan launched Coffee On Cue in 2013 with a clear mission: save people from bad event coffee.
After attending one too many conferences fuelled by burnt beans and bitter brews, he saw an opportunity to raise the bar and redefine what a coffee moment could be.
What started as a simple idea quickly became a game-changer—offering specialty coffee and world-class baristas that turned events into experiences.
Over the past decade, Coffee On Cue has grown into a national brand, serving over 2.5 million cups and partnering with some of Australia's biggest companies.
From launching the Elevate Blend and expanding into Sydney, to innovating virtual coffee events and launching an e-comm store in 48 hours during COVID, the journey has been anything but linear.
Today, Ryan and the team continue to lead with curiosity, resilience, and a passion for creating coffee worth talking about—in workplaces, at events, and beyond.
