Known for his deep understanding of coffee — from farm to cup — and his infectious spirit, Christian has a rare ability to connect with people, activate spaces, and deliver experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Christian's Journey
Christian joined Coffee On Cue in March 2024, diving straight into the fast-paced world of operations with an open heart and sleeves rolled up.
From day one, he brought the kind of energy you can’t teach — and quickly became a key driver behind New South Wales’ operational and team growth.
In just a year, he helped grow the state team fivefold and doubled its output, thanks to a relentless focus on service, smart hiring, and a culture of shared ambition.
Now overseeing both New South Wales and Victoria, he’s the heartbeat of our operation — always moving, always building, and always brewing something better.
