A seasoned hospitality professional and former owner-operator of several Melbourne venues, he brings a wealth of hands-on experience to Coffee on Cue — from running thriving cafés and wine bars to designing seamless service systems.

Known for his empathy, precision, and attention to detail, Paul’s leadership style is grounded in connection. He’s never far from the frontline, believing the best way to understand a team is to work alongside them. His approach ensures every service runs smoothly, every moment feels intentional, and every experience exceeds expectations.

Paul's Journey

Paul joined Coffee on Cue in October 2025, stepping into the role of Victorian Operations Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional workplace and event coffee experiences across the state.

With more than 15 years in hospitality, Paul has built and managed multiple venues — from bustling cafés to refined dining spaces — each known for quality, culture, and operational excellence. His years as a consultant and operations leader honed his ability to design scalable systems, coach high-performing teams, and drive efficiency without ever losing the human touch.

At Coffee on Cue, Paul is driven by the same purpose that’s defined his career: creating environments where people feel seen, supported, and inspired — one perfectly planned service at a time.

When he’s not overseeing operations, you’ll likely find him keeping active, spending time with his wife and kids, or clocking laps at the pool.
