How does your coffee cart hire work?
Our full-service coffee cart hire includes everything needed for delicious coffee at your event. Our all-inclusive pricing covers the coffee cart, beans, milk, sugar, stirrers, cups, lids, accessories, delivery, setup, pack-down, and a highly trained barista.
To create a custom quote, we only need basic event details like service start/end time, guest count, date, and location. We also offer branding options for the cart and cups, plus food catering too. Once we have the information, we can provide a tailored quote for your needs.

Is your pricing including or excluding GST?
All of our coffee cart hire prices are exclusive of GST.
What's your minimum charge out?
We understand that each event is special, which is why we offer a range of service packages that can be tailored to suit your needs.
Our weekday package starts at 2 hours, and our weekend package starts at 3 hours. If you require something more bespoke, we are more than happy to collaborate with you to create a customised package that meets your specific requirements.

What do I need to provide you guys?
We are committed to delivering an exceptional coffee cart hire service. To achieve this, we've learned that gathering important details beforehand greatly increases the chances of a successful operation on the day.

What branding options are available?
We are excited to offer a variety of branding options that are sure to impress your event attendees. Our services include custom branded coffee carts with branded cups for a cohesive look. If you prefer a themed look, we offer options such as mixed timber and subway tile themes that are particularly eye-catching in retail environments.
How long does branding take?
We understand the importance of branding and the impact it can have on your event. That's why we allocate a generous 3-week production time for our coffee cart panels and branded cups, from the moment we receive your artwork to when it's delivered to one of our HQs.

How big is the coffee cart?
We've designed our coffee cart with practicality and efficiency in mind, prioritizing logistics and transit. The cart is crafted to fit through standard doors or lifts during transit, ensuring accessibility and flexibility. During setup, the cart's footprint is just 1.8m x 1.4m, providing ample space for our baristas to operate while remaining compact enough to fit into a variety of event spaces.

How long does setup and pack down take, and is that included in the price?
We take great pride in our ability to provide quick and hassle-free setup for our coffee cart. With our experienced team, we can have the cart up and running within an hour of arriving on-site. Similarly, after service, we can efficiently pack down and leave the site within 45 minutes. It's important to note that our pricing is all-inclusive, with no hidden fees for logistics or labor.
What will the barista wear?
We understand that the aesthetics and visuals need to be on-point on event day.
Our baristas come dressed in full hospitality blacks and are fitted with our black Coffee on Cue apron for a professional look.
Will the baristas wear our uniform?
We recognize the importance of a seamless event experience, and we believe that maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout the event is crucial.
That's why we're more than happy to wear uniforms that complement the aesthetic of our coffee cart and the overall event theme. It's just one of the ways we strive to ensure your event's success.
What size cups do you use?
We believe that great tasting coffee and efficient service are the cornerstones of imppecable coffee service.
That's why we serve our coffees in our very own branded 6oz cups.
This allows us to serve high volume efficiently, whilst maintaining a consistently delicious beverage.
Can the coffee cart be sustainable?
We recognise the growing need in reducing our waste at events, which is why we offer a range of sustainably-minded options for events.
We offer Good-Edi edible cups in replacement for our compostable single-use cups.
Our branded cups are also compostable and we're also happy to employ a 'lid-less' service to reduce our waste even further.
Our branded panels can be re-used at future events, which helps to minimise our printing and production volume.
Where possible, we also use coffee buckets to transport our coffee and limit the amount of bags we use, plus we've also got liquid sugar syrup at our carts, reducing the single-serve sachets of the past.
Can we use our own cups?
We understand the importance of having a cohesive look and feel for your event, and we want to ensure that our services align with your vision.
If you would like to provide us with cups that match your desired aesthetic, we would be more than happy to use them. It's worth noting that our system works best with take-away cups.
What cups do you use if I don't purchase branded or Good-Edi cups?
We understand that sometimes branded cups or edible cups aren't the top priority on the agenda.
That's why our standard cups that we use are our own Coffee on Cue branded 6oz cups that is compostable and biodegradable.
Do you need access to power?
We require access to standard 10A domestic power sockets on-site to power our regular coffee carts.
Do you need access to water?
We take pride in being self-sufficient and providing our own water supply for each event. However, having access to a water source on-site can be beneficial for filling our tanks and cleaning up after the service.

Virtual Events
What virtual event attendee details do you need to have their coffee packs sent to them?
We want to make sure we have all the necessary details to ensure a seamless virtual event experience. Our operations team will provide you with a spreadsheet to fill out, which includes important information such as first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and delivery address.
How long do the coffee packs take to be delivered to each recipient?
We strive to ship all brewing packs for virtual events within a 2-week timeframe. However, for international orders, we recommend allowing at least 3 weeks to ensure timely delivery.
What branding options are available with the virtual event brewing packs?
We understand the importance of making your virtual event unique and personalized.
That's why we offer a variety of branding options for our brewing packs. Our Coffee and Everything Packs come with a branded coffee bag sticker.
Additionally, we offer optional extras such as a branded external brewing pack sticker and a branded A6 card insert (single or double-sided). These options will help you add more personalization to your brewing packs and make them stand out.

Our Melbourne-based team takes great care in selecting and roasting specialty grade coffees in small batches to create a blend that's both versatile and loved by many.
What milk options are available?
We're delighted to provide a selection of milk options to accommodate all preferences.
Our coffee carts presently serve Riverina Fresh Full Cream, Riverina Fresh Light, and The Alternative Dairy Co. Soy, Almond & Oat.
We've thoughtfully chosen this range to guarantee that there is a milk option for every taste.
What non-coffee options are available?
At our events, we want to ensure that everyone has a delightful experience, which is why we offer a selection of non-coffee drinks.
These options include hot chocolate, chai latte, and a variety of T2 teas such as english breakfast, earl grey, sencha green, and peppermint.
Do you offer decaf?
We recognize that some people may appreciate the flavor of coffee but prefer to steer clear of caffeine. Though decaf is not typically included on our menu, we are pleased to make arrangements for it as a special selection for your event, should you require it.
Do you offer any gluten-free catering options?
We want to ensure that there is something for everyone, which is why we offer a mixed pack of gluten-free bars, slices and cakes from our good friends at Munja Bakehouse.
What are the Good-Edi edible cups made from?
Good-Edi cups are edible coffee cups that help event organisers reduce their single-use products.
They are made primarily from a combination of wheat, oats and grains.
They aren't gluten-free but are 100% edible and biodegradable, meaning this is a great option for waste-free events.
What do the Good-Edi edible cups taste like?
It's important that any cup we use to serve our coffee in doesn't affect the overall taste or experience of our coffee.
Good-Edi edible cups are tasteless and don't alter the flavour of any beverage, whether that be coffee, tea, hot chocolate or chai.
Are your single use items compostable or recyclable?
We understand the importance of reducing waste at events.
We're proud to be using a range of compostable and recyclable products to help us achieve as little waste production as possible.
Our regular coffee cups and lids are 100% compostable.
Our branded cups and coffee bags are 100% recyclable.
