Michael has spent over two decades living and breathing coffee, from the grind of small independents to the scale of large enterprises and franchise networks.

He's worn every hat there is: barista, manager, trainer, technician. That breadth of experience means he understands the full picture, and brings a rare operational depth to everything Coffee on Cue delivers in New South Wales.

What drew Michael to the Cue wasn't just the coffee, it was the culture. The family-first values resonated immediately, and he found a place where his skills could be put to genuine use alongside people who care about doing things right.

At his core, Michael believes great coffee is about more than the cup. It's connection. It's culture. It's the thing that brings people together, day after day.

Michael joined Coffee on Cue as our NSW Operations Manager, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience across every corner of the coffee world.

His career spans small business, large-scale enterprise, and franchise operations, giving him a grounded, practical understanding of what it takes to deliver consistently at every level.

Beyond the operational expertise, it's Michael's values that set him apart. The family-first culture at Coffee on Cue aligned with everything he was looking for, a place to grow, contribute, and work alongside people who genuinely give a damn.

When he's not keeping NSW running smoothly, you'll find him behind a drum kit, experimenting in the kitchen, exploring a new restaurant, or spending time with his wife and their fur child.
