Joey Krosch
General ManagerJoey’s Coffee on Cue story began in 2014, joining casually as an event barista while chasing a career in audio. His curiosity for coffee, and for building something meaningful, quickly took over.
From barista to driver-barista to Operations Manager in Victoria, he helped scale the Melbourne team and grow the event business, then relocated to Sydney in 2018 to lead the expansion into New South Wales. In 2022 he was appointed General Manager, bringing marketing, operations and the coffee program into one engine.
Today Joey is the mind behind the company’s digital heartbeat. He is passionate about using technology and AI to remove friction, buy back time and make every touchpoint feel simple, intuitive and thoroughly human.
